Tras a\u00f1os de funcionamiento continuo a alta temperatura, su revestimiento refractario se erosiona y envejece gradualmente, lo que aumenta el consumo de energ\u00eda, aumenta los defectos del vidrio y, en \u00faltima instancia, compromete la seguridad de la producci\u00f3n. Las reparaciones en fr\u00edo peri\u00f3dicas son cruciales para garantizar el funcionamiento seguro, estable y eficiente del horno. Recientemente, un importante proyecto de reparaci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo para una l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n de vidrio flotado, realizado por Zhengzhou Chaoyu Refractories Co., Ltd. como contratista general, se complet\u00f3 y reencendi\u00f3 con \u00e9xito. Esto marca el renacimiento de la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n, sentando una base s\u00f3lida para la futura producci\u00f3n continua del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antecedentes del proyecto: desaf\u00edos severos y objetivos claros<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El horno original de esta l\u00ednea de flotaci\u00f3n hab\u00eda funcionado de forma continua durante m\u00e1s de ocho a\u00f1os. Antes de la parada, el cliente observ\u00f3 un deterioro del rendimiento del aislamiento, fugas localizadas de fuego y fluctuaciones en la calidad del vidrio fundido. Tras meticulosas inspecciones en l\u00ednea realizadas por nuestro equipo t\u00e9cnico y encuestas internas posteriores a la parada, los principales problemas identificados incluyeron:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erosi\u00f3n del arco mayor: erosi\u00f3n severa en puntos cr\u00edticos del arco mayor de s\u00edlice, con adelgazamiento de la parte superior del arco que plantea riesgos de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adelgazamiento de las paredes de la piscina: El espesor de los ladrillos AZS fusionados el\u00e9ctricamente de las paredes de la piscina, particularmente alrededor de la entrada de alimentaci\u00f3n y los puntos calientes, se hab\u00eda acercado al l\u00edmite de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bloqueo de la c\u00e1mara de tormenta: un caudal insuficiente a trav\u00e9s del entramado afect\u00f3 gravemente la eficiencia del intercambio de calor y la estabilidad de la presi\u00f3n del horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Envejecimiento de las estructuras de acero: Se observaron deformaciones y oxidaci\u00f3n en partes de la estructura de acero del horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de esta reparaci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo no es simplemente &quot;reparar&quot;, sino &quot;mejorar&quot;. Inspecci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o precisos: Inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de apagar y enfriar el horno, nuestro equipo de ingenier\u00eda ingres\u00f3 al mismo para realizar mediciones precisas y evaluar los da\u00f1os de cada componente. Con base en estos datos, desarrollamos un plan de construcci\u00f3n de reparaci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo detallado y personalizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Demolici\u00f3n y limpieza sistem\u00e1ticas: Se organizaron equipos especializados para retirar de forma segura y eficiente los refractarios obsoletos seg\u00fan una secuencia predeterminada. Se realizaron inspecciones exhaustivas y se reforz\u00f3 la estructura de acero del horno, preparando as\u00ed una base s\u00f3lida para la nueva construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
