AZS Castable Refractory

AZS Castable is a high-performance, self-developed unshaped refractory material. This product utilizes electrofused zirconia alumina (AZS) particles and fine powder as its aggregate matrix, combined with an ultrafine powder bonding system and high-efficiency additives. Through water mixing, vibration casting, and subsequent curing and baking, it forms a dense, seamless, high-performance monolithic lining. It exhibits outstanding resistance to molten glass erosion, exceptional thermal shock resistance, flexible construction, and strong integrity. It is particularly suitable for complex-shaped critical areas in glass melting furnaces where traditional brick materials are difficult to install or rapid construction is required.

Exceptional Erosion Resistance: Inherits the high zirconia AZS material's exceptional chemical stability against molten glass and alkali vapors, effectively resisting erosion.

Seamless Monolithic Structure: Casting forms a dense, joint-free monolithic structure, eliminating weak brick joints to prevent penetration and erosion.

Superior Thermal Shock Stability and Flaking Resistance: Optimized matrix formulation and particle structure provide excellent toughness and thermal stress resistance, withstanding rapid thermal cycling.

Exceptional Construction and Forming Flexibility: Excellent flowability and plasticity enable filling of complex molds and spaces via pouring or vibration, facilitating on-site fabrication of irregular linings, precast components, and monolithic structures.

High Strength and Rapid Setting: Features high early strength and drying strength, shortening construction cycles and enhancing efficiency.

- Compressive Strength at Room Temperature (110°C × 24h): ≥ 40 MPa; (1400°C × 3h after firing): ≥ 60 MPa

- Maximum Service Temperature: ≥ 1700°C
