Zirconia Fireclay achieves “integrated” sintering and synergistic performance with main bricks at high temperatures through precise blending of zirconia raw materials of varying particle sizes and micron-grade additives. Its core technology lies in perfectly matching the chemical inertness and low thermal expansion characteristics of zirconia bricks, thereby forming a robust defense at the weakest point—the brick joints:

Perfect Performance Matching: Chemical composition and thermal expansion coefficient closely align with zirconia bricks, ensuring coordinated deformation from ambient to operating temperatures and eliminating interfacial cracking.

Superior Erosion and Permeability Resistance: Forms a stable zirconia-phase-dominant ceramic bond at high temperatures, providing equivalent resistance to molten glass, acidic/neutral slag, and molten metals as the main bricks, effectively preventing preferential joint erosion.
